TIN-TÁN

Pick a bake day

Red days: the oven is on.

Made by hand, start to finish.

Mexican heart, Amsterdam oven.

Tin-Tán is our tribute to the panaderos of Mexico, who ride through the neighbourhood at dawn with baskets of fresh bread.

Creative process

We are a couple, one from Mexico and one from the Netherlands. After meeting and living in Mexico City, we decided to call Amsterdam our home.

Fabrizio is a data engineer by day and baker by early mornings and weekends. With a background in chemical engineering, he is fascinated by all the processes involved in bread making and has an eye for making the perfect sourdough batch.

Daan is an expert in migration and asylum law, who assists Fabrizio during the baking process and sell of the loaves.

We are both food lovers, whether it comes to tacos from Mexico or bread from the Netherlands. Through Tin-Tán, we want to share our passion for food, baking and cooking with you.

Never miss a bake.
